Making A Purchase
*Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket.
*After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
*We will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered and that we are processing your order. You will also receive an email from WorldPay confirming that you payment has been made and this is for you to keep for your banking records; We will keep you up to date with the status of your order and send a further email once it has been dispatched, detailing how your goods have been sent, together with a tracking number if appropriate.
Simply select to pay by credit/debit card.
The cards we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch (Maestro), Visa Delta, JCB and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal. Visa Verified and Mastercard Secure are offered here for your own protection.

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to BabiesBabies' - simply print out the shopping basket and enclose cheque; Your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared with our bank.
Shipping And Handling

We deliver to Europe & Rest of The World. The standard cost is £15.95 for orders up to a total weight of 2kg. We will contact you with a shipping quote should your parcel be over 2kg in weight.
Deliveries outside the EU will be subject to local import duties/taxes.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock we will aim to notify you within 24 hours whereby we will offer you the choice of : putting the item on back-order for dispatch as soon as it comes into stock, a refund/cancellation for the item or the chance to choose an alternative item/s instead.
All prices include tax at the current rate.
Credit Card Security
BabiesBabies; accepts payments by credit/debit cards (full list below), cheques and postal orders. We have a fully sophisticated & secure on-line processing system for taking credit card payments through Worldpay...one of the worlds largest credit card processing companies.
Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
We are sure you agree, that it is worth the extra effort by us to make this site as safe and secure as possible for you to shop with a complete peace of mind.
We have made every effort to display all our items as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we can not guarantee that products will be as exactly seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as close to accurate as possible.
* The display of items for sale on our website is only an invitation to treat. By placing an order you are making an Offer to buy. Acceptance (and therefore the commencement of our contract) begins once we dispatch your order. You will receive an order acknowledgement email of your order. This does not constitute a contract until we dispatch the order. BabiesBabies can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full, so long as the order has not been dispatched and therefore the contract has not commenced.
BabiesBabies believes that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our sites completely secure.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Along with many other Mail Order companies we occasionally make our customer lists (not telephone numbers) available to other carefully selected companies so that they can mail you with information on products or services that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive these mailings please tick the opt-out box on the Registration page or phone or E-mail us at anytime and we will adjust our records accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering (within 48 hours). If your order has already been collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier; You will need to return the items to us as soon as they arrive. We will send you a refund for the amount you paid, less the delivery charge and any other charges incurred by BabiesBabies; Unfortunately, we cannot refund any personalised items, Nappy Cakes or items that have been removed from their original packaging.; We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items to us as a receipt for your return; We will contact you by email once your items are received and will provide the amount that is to be refunded to your credit/debit card that was originally used.; A £5 administration fee will be deducted from any refunds given.
By placing an order you agree to these terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please check your order thoroughly on receipt for any damages or issues with your items. Unfortunately any disputes will not be dealt with after 7 days of receiving your order.
If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery & Return Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with BabiesBabies. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.
Non-acceptance of an order
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
"BabiesBabies would like to make it clear that the use of any protected trade marks (registered or unregistered) in the provision of these products are used merely to describe an aspect of the product sold and that these marks (whether registered or not) are the property of the respective owners and that this website and the products sold on it are not affiliated with, sponsored by or approved by those owners;
Please allow up to 7 days for personalised items such as Plates & Pottery. We can offer personalised labels, sashes, ribbon, adhesive labels & chocolate bar wrappers on a next working day service as long as your order is placed before 12 NOON. Please allow 3-4 days for Nappy Cakes as each one is made to order. We will always inform you immediately if your order is going to take longer or an item has become out of stock.; If you have a tight time scale, we will always try to get items to you quickly; Please check that you have entered your delivery details correctly as BabiesBabies cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses;
