Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Please check your order thoroughly on receipt for any damages or issues with your items. Unfortunately any disputes will not be dealt with after 7 days of receiving your order.
If for any reason you wish to return an item or exchange or refund you can, providing we receive it within 7 days from the date of delivery in a resalable condition. Please note that BabiesBabies will not cover the cost of returning items unless agreed with us. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.
Please note we cannot refund any personalised items, Nappy Cakes, Confectionery, Helium Canisters, Pre-Filled Favour Bags and Favours or items that have been removed from their original packaging; We do not refund the original postage to send your items out to you.; We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items to us as a receipt for your return. We will contact you by email once your items are received and will provide the amount that is to be refunded to your credit/debit card that was originally used.
When you return your items, please provide us with your name, order number and reason for return and place this information in your return package.
If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering (within 24hours). If your order has already been collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier; You will need to return the items to us as soon as they arrive. If you cancel your order and any personalised items have already been produced, you will still be charged for these items.
