Changing Your Order
If you wish to make changes to your order such as adding items, removing items, changing delivery addresses or changing personalised text, then please contact us on 0845 2240514, use our contact form, or email to email@example.com as soon as possible after placing your order. An additional payment can be taken by telephone if needed when additional items are added so no extra postage is incurred. We will do our upmost to accommodate your requests, but unfortunately will not be able to do any of these if your personalised items have been produced or your order has been dispatched. A new order will need to be placed if this is the case.
If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering (within 24hours). If your order has already been collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier. You will need to return the items to us as soon as they arrive. If you cancel your order and any personalised items have already been produced, you will still be charged for these items.
