Step 21 – Serve food
After the entertainment, people should be ready to
enjoy the fine spread that you have prepared! Take
care that food has been handled and heated correctly
– you don’t want to give your guests food-poisoning,
and especially the mum-to-be!
You might have planned a sit-down lunch or dinner,
but for most baby shower parties a finger or fork
buffet works best. Make sure the plates are substantial
enough to handle the food you have prepared! There’s
nothing worse than a thin, floppy paper plate buckling
dangerously under the weight of a plateful of pasta!
