Fill small plastic baby bottles with sweets such as jelly beans. Visit Speedybeans.co.uk where you can purchase 500g (£10) or 1kg (£18.50) bags of Jelly Belly jelly beans in flavours/colours of your choice - again, another opportunity to pick the colours to match you theme! Tie a co-ordinating ribbon around the top of each bottle as a finishing touch.
