Marks & Spencer

Marks & Spencer 'Leave it to us' service offers a selection of food from party platters, roast meats, cheese boards, desserts and celebration cakes. Unfortunately you have to go to a store both to place your order and to pick it up, but prices are a little more accessible than those of Waitrose.

Lead time: Most food should be ordered 5 working days in advance, but some platters are available on a 2 day Express service.

Deposit: A non-returnable deposit is required - £10 for orders under £50, £20 deposit for orders between £50 - £100, and £50 deposit required for orders over £100.

Ordering: You can only place the order in your local Marks & Spencer store, but you could save time by visiting their website to make your choices and download an order form at www.marksandspencer.com

Delivery: You have to collect your platters from the store.
